Meet Fiona

Fiona Arrowsmith is a paediatric Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with 22 years of experience treating a wide range of medical conditions at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Sydney, Australia.

What is an Accredited Practising Dietitian? APDs are university-qualified experts. APDs must take part in ongoing education and follow a code of conduct. APDs are the only nutrition professionals recognised by the Australian Government and Medicare. APDs provide advice that is backed up by scientific research.

Fiona is a registered NDIS Provider.

Fiona is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Dietitian. The term ANZAED Eating Disorder Credential is used to refer to the Credential based on the established criteria by the Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED). The criteria for the Credential are built on the NEDC Workforce Core Competencies and the ANZAED Clinical Practice and Training Standards.

Personal

Fiona is a mum of 3 boys and understands the juggle and challenges of being a busy parent. In her spare time, Fiona loves travelling and experiencing different cultures and cuisines, playing netball, skiing, hosting dinner parties with friends, cooking and experimenting with new recipes.
