¾ cup grated cheese, e.g. cheddar, mozzarella or pizza cheese
1 & ¼ cups plain wholemeal flour
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
Chopped ham (or other protein such as chicken)
Preheat oven to 190oC.
Grease a mini muffin pan.
Mix all ingredients together until combined.
Place a tablespoon of mixture into each mini muffin section.
Sprinkle with some extra ham.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
